Accounting Club

Accounting ClubThe Accounting Club promotes interest in accounting and exposes students to the wide range of available careers in the accounting field. The group sponsors at least one off-campus trip each year to allow its members to learn about businesses and explore possible careers in accounting-related fields. In the fall, the Accounting Club organizes a trip to the Institute for Management Accounts (IMA) Conference, which provides information about various careers in accounting and also gives students practice with resume writing and interview skills. The Accounting Club also holds monthly meetings, at which guest presenters educate students about varied professions.

Student Perspective:

“The Accounting Club gives me the chance to learn about great opportunities that I have here at Susquehanna and after I graduate.  I really enjoy being able to learn about the possibilities in accounting. I would recommend that any accounting major join the club.”
