Red Cross Blood Drives – There are four sponsored blood drives on campus each year.
Donation Drives
Holiday Food Drive – Annual holiday event collects food for local homeless shelter
Flex for Hunger – Students can donate unused flex dollars from their meal plans to support local soup kitchens
Share Our Stuff Donation Drive (SU SOS) – End-of-the-year donation drive to support local homeless shelters
Volunteer Programs
Get into Volunteer Experiences (SU GIVE) – All first-year students jump in the SU experience with a service day.
Students Promoting Leadership and Awareness in Serving the Homeless (SU SPLASH) – One-week service-learning opportunity for some incoming first-year students to get a jump on making a difference.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service – Students come together at the beginning of the spring semester to live out Dr. King's vision through service.
Susquehanna Exploring Regional Volunteer Experiences (SU SERVE) – A campus-wide service day for all members of the Susquehanna community.
Study Away and Service Learning
Students can participate in many different service-learning trips to areas inside the U.S. or to foreign countries.
