This page is designed to keep the SU community informed of any suspicious or criminal activity that occurs on or near campus so that individuals are aware of and can avoid any potential danger.
Theft From Vehicles in Borough of Selinsgrove
The Selinsgrove Police report at least 12 thefts from vehicles in the borough overnight on Thursday, Oct. 27. The method of entry into the vehicles appears to be by smashing side windows. Various items taken from vehicles on High Street, Eighth Street, Ninth Street, the 100 block of University Avenue and Route 522.
There are no reports of theft from vehicles on campus.
Owners are reminded to remove all valuables from vehicles and to secure same before leaving. Report any suspicious activity around parking areas to police (911) or Public Safety (372-4444).
Police and Public Safety will be making extra patrols of parking areas on and off campus.
