The LeaderShape Institute is a six-day leadership seminar for college students, focusing on a range of activities and informational sessions that build community and inspire participants to be better campus leaders.
Students travel to an off-campus retreat and conference site and spend six full days working with each other as well as with the faculty and staff who will serve as facilitators.
Applications for LeaderShape are typically accepted in the fall semester. Students interested in participating in LeaderShape can contact the Office of Student Activities for more information.
