Antoniewicz manages and oversees the Student Conduct System within the Division of Student Life. Her responsibilities include implementing educational programming for the campus community on the Student Conduct System and risk-reduction strategies, acting as the chief conduct officer, reviewing the Student Handbook and Code of Student Conduct while developing policies and programs related to the overall safety and success of students, and advising the Student and University Conduct Boards. Her work also affords her the opportunity to collaborate with university staff, faculty, students and the Selinsgrove Borough Police Department to maintain consistent messaging and community-based approaches to adjudicating the Student Conduct System.
An alumna of Susquehanna, Antoniewicz (formerly Jenna Fredericks ‘06) served as an executive board member of the Alumni Association from 2007–10, is a member of the Association for Student Conduct Administration, co-director of the GO Short Travel Writing in South Africa trip, adviser to the undergraduate chapter and member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc., and adviser to the class of 2014 and Variance, a student-run literary magazine focused on issues of diversity and inclusiveness.
Before returning to Susquehanna in August 2007, Antoniewicz was an area coordinator at McDaniel College.
