Harry S. Baird '30, Worcester, Mass., April 7, 2001. Prior to his retirement, he had been vice president of the Barnards department store chain.
Marjorie Michael '31 Hinds, Laceyville, Pa., Dec. 31, 2002. She taught in the English department at Montrose Area High School for 36 years.
Oren N. Benner '37, Meadville, Pa., Jan. 8, 2003. He pursued a career in industrial management. His first position was with the New York and Pennsylvania Co.'s paper mill in Johnsonburg. He subsequently accepted a position with the Speer Carbon Co. of St. Mary's. In 1951, he was promoted to the Niagara Falls facility, International Graphite and Electrode, currently British Occidental. He retired in 1981.

Catherine Byron '44 Whitman, Steelton, Pa., Dec. 25, 2002. She was retired as a school teacher from Steelton-Highspire High School. She was also a member, former church secretary and former Sunday school teacher at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
David Bennett '53, Montoursville, Pa., March 4, 2003. He was a Korean War veteran, having served in the signal corps, and was a member of the Eugene Grafius Post 104, American Legion, the Eureka Lodge 335 F&AM and the Scottish Rite of Williamsport. He worked for the former G.W. Bennett and Sons for many years, and was a founder and owner of Bennett Hearing Aid Center prior to his retirement.

Richard D. Frank '59, Centreville, Va., March 10, 2003. He was a realtor for Long & Foster and most recently served as transportation commissioner for the Sully District. He was actively involved in the Western Fairfax County Citizens Association, of which he served as a past president.
Lynda Boyer '64 Hoffman, Mount Pleasant Mills, Pa., Jan. 31, 2003. She taught at Middleburg High School for 38 years, retiring in 2001 due to illness.

Kenneth R. Sausman Jr. '67, Feb. 20, 2003, Fairfax County, Va. Since 1976, he had been employed with the U.S. Census Bureau as a supervisory mathematical statistician. He had obtained advanced degrees from Miami University and Penn State University.
Ruth Zimmerman '70 Dennis, Woodbury, N.J., Dec. 21, 2002. She was an English teacher at Williamstown High School for 25 years, retiring in 1995. She then worked for the American Federation of Teachers in Washington D.C., for five years and the N.J. Department of Education, monitoring the Abbott School Districts, retiring in May 2002.
Bruce A. Morrison '73, Havertown, Pa., Jan. 20, 2003. He was the music director and organist at St. James United Church of Christ in Havertown, Pa. for 27 years. He was also the lead clinical liaison of Tenet of Pennsylvania Home Infusion, Philadelphia.
Stephen C. Harkins '01, Hughesville, Pa., April 20, 2003, following injuries received in an automobile accident. He earned a bachelor of science degree in business with an emphasis in marketing from the University's Sigmund Weis School of Business. He played men's soccer for Susquehanna from 1998 to 2000, appearing in 17 games with one goal and one assist. He had been employed as an assistant sales director for the HayGroup, Philadelphia, Pa.
