John Wright '49 and his wife, Mary Louise, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 27, 2006. They have three daughters and nine grandchildren. They live in Jupiter, Fla.

Harry Bobonich '50, a retired Shippensburg University professor, published his third book. World War II: Memories of a GI, based on his first-hand experiences as an Army solder in World War II, chronicles the time from when he entered the service in 1943 to his return home in 1946.
