Sara Muhvich ’98 married Brian Combs on July 26, 2003, in Owings Mills, Md. Julia Edmister ’98 married Ted Sadtler, Dec. 28, 2003, in Richmond, Va. They live in Atlanta, Ga.

Benjamin Johns ’98 married Lauren O’Neill, July 5, 2003, at Blessed Sacrament Chapel in Dallas, Pa. Ben is a regional manager for the Fru-Con Construction Corporation’s Eastern Regional Office in Woodbridge, Va. They live in Alexandria, Va.

Jeremy Loeb ’98 is a captain and serving in Iraq as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot with the Army’s 1st Cavalry Division.
Riggs-Barbarito Wedding
Ashli Riggs ’98 married Michael Barbarito ’98, April 24, 2004, in Sacred Heart Church, Lewisburg, Pa. They live and work in New York City. Brett Marcy ’98 won first place in the beat reporting category of the Keystone Press Awards, one of two statewide newspaper contests. The award was for his coverage of the statehouse for the Times Leader. Earlier this year, he won second place in business writing in the Pennsylvania Associated Press Managing Editors newspaper contest for his coverage of the Hershey Centennial Celebration for the Patriot-News. Brett is a capitol correspondent for the Times Leader Harrisburg bureau. He lives in Harrisburg, Pa.

Rosemary Metz ’98 married Craig Jackson, Oct. 18, 2003, at the historic Trinity Church in downtown Denver, Colo. Rosemary is a senior account manager with the public relations firm Arnold Media Services. They live in Denver.

Julie Morrison ’98 ran the 2004 Boston Marathon on April 19 with the Massachusetts Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training. Julie is the marketing communications manager at Cambridge Savings Bank in Cambridge, Mass.

Stephen Ulicny ’98 was nominated for the 2004 DisneyHand Teacher Award. The focus of the award is to recognize the teaching profession, showcase creativity in the classroom and honor those who assist in developing creative teaching strategies in school districts. Stephen teaches social studies at Tamaqua, Pa., Area High School, where he also serves as an assistant coach with the football program, Student Council advisor and Citizen Bee coach/advisor.

Heather Vorhauer ’98 teaches seventh grade at Montgomery County School District in Gaithersburg, Md.
