Blanche Stauffer '29 Keeny observed her 100th birthday on June 21, 2007. She celebrated this milestone with a special party surrounded by two daughters, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and extended family. After living in York, Pa., for 90 years, she relocated to South Carolina a few years ago to be closer to family. Her mailing address is 100 Summit Hills Drive, #215, Spartanburg, SC 29307.

Helen Hisdorf '38 Dauberman, and her husband, Bill, both 91, have been taking classes at Slippery Rock University for more than 20 years. They have completed 130 credit hours between the two of them. They started with an introductory class in German so they would be able to communicate in the language of the country where their daughter lives. They're also involved in the international study program and were able to go abroad for a summer in Salsburg, Austria, where they better learned the language.

The spring issue of Susquehanna Today brought sad news of the death of three of our classmates. It's a wake-up call for our 20 living members to communicate with one another. There are 11 members of our class living in Pennsylvania. Dorothy Williamson Adams lives the furthest away, in Seattle, Wash. Homecoming Reunion Weekend is October 5-7, 2007, and will be the 64th reunion for our class. Mark your calendar now! If your health permits, please return to the beautiful Susquehanna campus for this special event. In the meantime, please write to me. If you don't want any news published, I won't do so.
