Designed as a reflective space to teach future generations of Susquehanna students about the events, the garden will be constructed during 2002. The site will be just south of the existing Crusader Gateway between Hassinger Hall and the Blough-Weis Library. It has been selected to overlook the football/track stadium - an area of campus with special meaning to both Colleen, a member of the track team, and Chris, a varsity football player at Susquehanna.

Plans include brick retaining walls and benches for seating. Two pillars will symbolize Colleen and Chris, and engraved text will commemorate the day of national and worldwide significance.

Gifts in memory of Colleen or Chris may be sent to the Office of Development Susquehanna University, 514 University Avenue, Selinsgrove PA 17870-1164.
