Like streams running into rivers and onward to the seas, Susquehanna University's reach extends from its Selinsgrove headwaters to nearly every continent of the globe. So too, from the far reaches of this diverse and interconnected world, the international experiences of students, alumni, faculty and staff flow back to Susquehanna, and add richly to the university community.
A number of students, faculty and staff bring to Susquehanna established links to the larger world. Off-campus learning opportunities, among them global experiences, figure prominently in a Susquehanna education for an increasing number of students. Scholarly endeavors regularly take university faculty to a myriad of international destinations. Similarly, vocational, recreational and volunteer pursuits of alumni are not bound by domestic borders. Cumulatively, this small campus, nestled in central Pennsylvania, truly is the confluence of extraordinary international experiences. On the following pages, you will find a sampling of the numerous threads that in combination form a rich tapestry of Susquehanna's global connections.
