Born to Michael and Riley Newcomer '02 Campbell, a son, Graiden Michael, June 21. Riley is a first-grade teacher in the Shikellamy School District, Sunbury, Pa. They live in Northumberland, Pa.

Jessica Cohen '02 Chamberlain was named manager at Mengel, Metzger, Barr & Co., a tax and accounting firm in Elmira, N.Y.

Born to Jacob and Christina Guadalupe '02 Reedy, a daughter, Victoria Lurana, Dec. 3, 2006. Christina is pursuing a master's degree in library science at The University of North Texas. They live in San Antonio, Texas.

Matt Shaffer '02 was awarded the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Medal in March for his work with the Programs and Resources Division of the United States Marine Corps. The Meritorious Civilian Service Medal is the third-highest honor bestowed on civilian employees in the Department of Defense. Matt also recently earned a master's degree in international affairs from American University. He is currently attending the University of South Carolina in pursuit of a doctoral degree in political science, focusing on international affairs.

medical graduates

Courtney Lewis '02, Michael Colancecco '02, and Michelle Badorf '02 graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine on June 3. Michael will begin his internship at Mercy Hospital-UNECOM in Portland, Maine, and pursue a residency in internal medicine. Michelle will begin her residency in pediatrics at AI duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Del., and Courtney will start her internship at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa., and pursue a residency in internal medicine.
