Whitney Boyle ’00 is a physician assistant practicing at Pediatric Alliance, St. Clair Division, in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Amanda Zentz ’00 accepted a call to be associate pastor of Ascension Lutheran Church in Medford, Ore. She is a 2004 graduate of Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary.

Torrance ’00 and Lisa Sangster ’01 Cleveland are residing in Texas. Torrance, with the Fourth Infantry Division Unit, is stationed at Fort Hood and will be returning to Iraq in the fall. Lisa is working for Home Depot at their Technology Center in Austin as a hardware technical support Specialist.

Gail Derrer ’00 married Jason Hines, Oct. 2, 2004, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Tannersville, Pa. Gail is a music teacher in the Easton Area School District. They live in Wind Gap, Pa. Matt Shorb ’00 is the vice president of REH Holdings, Inc., a specialty steel manufacturing firm. He has been named design and construction vice chairman of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association’s Young Executive Leadership Council.

Garrett Bissell ’01 transferred to Albany from Buffalo to the newest office of Advantage Energy, Inc., a subsidiary of WPS Energy Services, Inc. He will be monitoring regulatory affairs within New York, as well as dealing with master power agreements through the east.

Nathan Earnest ’00 married Kristen Scheidig ’01, June 12, 2004, at the Frosty Valley Country Club in Danville, Pa. Pictured are, left to right, Mary Gray ’00, Jen Pugh ’00, Kevin Drury ’77, Kristen and Nate, Susie Saxe ’01, John McLoughlin ’99 and Dan Scheib ’99.

Ryan Cidzik ’01 earned an M.S. in exercise physiology for Louisiana Tech University, where he works as the first assistant strength and conditioning coach and head strength coach of men’s basketball and baseball. He also works as the primary strength and conditioning consultant for NFL Europe and was recently certified as a strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Amy Franke ’01 graduated from the University of Denver in June 2005 with an education specialist degree in school psychology.

Adam Griesemer ’01 is a fisheries economic research surveyor for the Research Corp. of University of Hawaii – Joint Institute for Marine and Atmospheric Research. He has a daughter, Jaya Maria, born Oct. 15, 2004. He lives in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Kristy Gretzula ’01 graduated in May from New York University College of Dentistry with a doctor of dental surgery degree. She will begin private practice in Hamden, Conn.

Kimberly Hespos ’01 married Robert Makarewicz ’00. Kimberly is an interior designer. They live in Wading River, N.Y.

Ryan Hollis ’01 joined the firm of King Financial Services, Inc. He works in investment planning, along with risk management analysis. He lives in Mifflin, Pa.

Katherine Minton ’01 married Philip Tackett ’01, July 17, 2004, at the Church of Christ in Winsted, Conn. They currently live in Colburn, Ind., where Phil is pursuing his Ph.D in analytical chemistry at Purdue University, and Katherine teaches band and general music at Wainwright Middle School. Alicia Duceman ’02 married Jamie Golden, July 24, 2004, at Mother Cabrini Church in Shamokin, Pa. Alicia is a research technician at the Weis Center for Research, Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville, Pa.

Cathleen Ellis ’02 is an algorithmic search analyst at iProspect, a search engine marketing firm in Watertown, Mass.

John Jezowski ’02 is a student at West Chester University.

William E. Thomas ’02 married Stefanie Cole ’03, Oct. 2, 2004, in Centerport, N.Y., United Methodist Church. William is a healthcare analyst at Greater Baltimore Medical Center and Stefanie is a collections manager at Maxim Healthcare Services. They live in Perry Hall, Md.

Kate Van Cott ’02 and Eric Hoffman ’02 were engaged on Oct. 10, 2004. They are planning an Oct. 15, 2005 wedding in Macungie, Pa.

Shannon Baker ’03 is employed as an account executive with Skutski and Oltmanns Inc., a public relations and marketing communications agency, in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Sara Barthol ’03 is a client computing manager at UPenn Law ITS. She lives in Upper Darby, Pa.

Anne Ford ’03 Behler is providing reference and library instruction services during the spring 2005 semester at Susquehanna. She completed her master’s degree in library and information science at Clarion University in December 2004.

Angela Fegely ’03 married Brian Johnson at the Reformation Lutheran Church in Exeter Township. She is employed by SEI Investments in Oaks, Pa. They live in Reading, Pa.

Brianna Gianti ’03 is an enrollment manager at Strayer University. She lives in Arlington, Va.

Mary Hennighan ’03 is a legal secretary/paralegal at Polsinelli Shalton & Welte. She lives in Overland Park, Kan.

Marhja Lanns ’03 is in her third year attending the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.

Seth Mosebey ’03 was chosen to join the Appellate Moot Court Board at Penn State Dickinson School of Law. He was also named a member of Law Review—The Journal of American Arbitration. He is in his second year at Dickinson.

Katherine Neinstedt ’03 is a staff auditor at Bank of New York in West Paterson, N.J. She lives in Pompton Lakes, N.J.

Christine Snyder ’03 Petrow was promoted to lead auditor at Fulton Financial. She and her husband, Alex, lives in Paradise, Pa.

Carla Pidcoe ’03 is a case management specialist for Northumberland County Drug and Alcohol.

Jennifer Rowles ’03 is a residential life coordinator at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa. She supervises two buildings on campus housing first year and upperclass students, and 20 RAs. She will also serve as a liaison to the community service and traditions deans, and will be coordinating community service initiatives and serving on different campus-wide committees.

Matthew Springman ’03 is attending the New England School of Law in Boston, Mass.

Jessica Talar ’03 is attending Seton Hall University School of Law. She lives in Hoboken, N.J.

Lisa Vitale ’04 is a member of the Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals and is living in Germany for a year. She has an internship through the program at Hanse Sail, translating a sailing magazine for their annual festival in Rostock.

Tabitha Adams ’05 was accepted into Teach for America, the national corps of outstanding recent college graduates of all academic majors who commit two years to teach in urban and rural public schools.

Christopher Hannas ’05 is attending the University of Maryland.

Kimberly Kramm ’05 is a human resources assistant at Sunbury Community Hospital. She lives in Milton, Pa.

Lindsay Nevins ’05 is a program coordinator at Cardinal Health in Piscataway, N.J.

Michael Ozlanski ’05 and Tamara Erney ’06 started a new program, called Business Book Bags, for children in the Mount Carmel and Danville, Pa., areas, in conjunction with Economics Pennsylvania and The Susquehanna University Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). The overall goal is to increase children’s literacy, parental involvement and knowledge of economics and other free enterprise principles.

Nora Sabo ’05 is a research analyst in the office of member service at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She lives in Harrisburg, Pa.
