Page Guidelines: Font
The font is key to any web page. If the viewer cannot read the page, they are not going to stick around to decipher it. We have identified several fonts that look good and are readable. It is also important to keep in mind that in order for the viewer to see the correct font, it must be installed on the viewer's computer. Therefore, it is best to stick with the system fonts or to not specify a font at all. Provided below each font selection is red HTML code that will help you use that particular font.
The recommended fonts for University pages are Times (serif font family) and Arial (sans-serif font family).
