Apple Safari
Safari is a Web browser developed by Apple Inc., and is available as the default Web browser on Mac OS X.
Update: Apple has recently released a Beta test version of Safari for Microsoft Windows. We recommend Windows users interested in using Safari to wait until a final version is released because of potential security issues.
Safari is a leading W3C standards compliance browser and has been gaining market share on the Internet. Safari now accounts for more than 2% of the viewers of the Susquehanna University Web site. If you have access to a computer with Mac OS X and Safari, we recommend that Web pages be tested for Safari compatibility.
When developing Web pages, we suggest that you consult CSS and HTML validators available at W3C.org.
