Students, faculty, staff earn leadership awards

Julius Glover ’25, Baylor Leadership Award

Created to recognize awardees’ commitment to the betterment of the university and surrounding communities, the Leadership Awards are made possible through the Baylor Family Endowment.

Established in 1993, the endowment is an expression of the Baylor family’s appreciation for the university’s continued commitment to the region.

“We wouldn’t have the campus community we have without the leadership of our students, faculty and staff,” said Lauren Crouse, associate director of leadership & engagement at Susquehanna University. “We thank the Baylor family for their continued reinforcement of the value of personal development both inside and outside the classroom.”
