Eighteen students were inducted into Susquehanna’s chapter of the international business honor society Beta Gamma Sigma last spring. Beta Gamma Sigma aims “to encourage and honor academic achievement in the study of business,” as well as “to cultivate and celebrate leadership and professional excellence.”

The honor society is only open to students in programs accredited by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), which recognizes less than five percent of the world’s business schools. Juniors must rank in the top 7 percent of their class and seniors in the top 10 percent. Susquehanna’s chapter dates back to 1994 and is advised by Professor of Accounting Rick Davis.
