Each spring, new members are inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma national business honor society at Susquehanna. To be eligible to join, students must rank in the top 10 percent of their class and display good moral character.
“This is the highest academic honor that we can give in the business school,” says Rick Davis, professor of accounting and faculty advisor of Susquehanna’s Beta Gamma Sigma chapter. “For our students, it’s confirmation that they are among the best and the brightest.”
The benefits of lifetime membership in Beta Gamma Sigma are increased professional networking opportunities and scholarship opportunities, as well as career and graduate school resources.
