Susquehanna University’s Department of Theatre will present John Cariani’s Almost, Maine at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 23-25 and at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 26. All shows will be performed in Degenstein Center Theater.

On a cold, clear, moonless night in the middle of winter, all is not quite what it seems in the remote, mythical town of Almost, Maine. The residents of Almost find themselves falling in and out of love in the strangest ways. Knees are bruised, hearts are broken, and life for the people of Almost, Maine, will never be the same.

Tony-nominated Cariani is an actor and a playwright best known for his role as Forensics Tech Beck on Law & Order from 2002 to 2007. In addition, he has appeared on and off Broadway, at regional theaters across the country, and in several films and television shows.

Tickets for Almost, Maine are available through the Susquehanna University Box Office, located in the Degenstein Center Theater lobby. The box office is open Monday through Friday from noon to 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for senior citizens and non-Susquehanna students, and may be purchased in person or by calling 570-372-ARTS (2787).
