Susquehanna is excited to roll out a new eatery on campus – Bento Sushi!
The ready-to-eat restaurant will replace Clyde’s in the James W. Garrett Sports Complex.
Bento Sushi, America’s second largest sushi brand, will open its doors in August. Bento’s addition to campus comes as a result of student feedback, dining services said.
The restaurant offers packaged sushi and ready-to-heat/made-to-order hot Asian cuisine. Bento’s robust menu will also include sushi rolls, poke, ramen, donburi, udon, spring rolls and bento boxes.
Students will be able to use their meal plan at Bento, as all items can be used against students’ meal swipes. Totals exceeding $8 can be covered with flex, cash, credit or SU Bucks.
