Hometown: Bronx, NY
When you visit Selinsgrove, be sure to: Check out the Kind Café! The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. My favorite sandwich is the chicken pesto panini.
Favorite thing about Susquehanna: I love the fact that 100 % of our students participate in a cross-cultural travel immersion program, also known as the GO (Global Opportunities) program.
Favorite Campus Tradition: Thanksgiving Dinner!
Tips for students during the college search: Plan ahead! Keep track of college applications, standardized testing, and scholarship deadlines. Regarding scholarships, there are unusual and unique scholarships you can apply for. Do your research, and don’t be afraid to ask questions!
When I am not working, you might find me: Going on a walk, enjoying Zumba class, or relaxing.
Favorite Quote: “Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” – Leo Buscaglia
