Nine Susquehanna University students have been accepted in the Praxis Photo Arts International Photo Exhibition: Quarantine.
Students selected for the exhibition are Hayley Adams ’20, a psychology major from Sidney, New York; Melissa Campbell '20, a graphic design major from Chester, New Jersey; Sarah Fannick ’21, a graphic design major from North Plainfield, New Jersey; Kimi Gust ’22, a graphic design major from Succasunna, New Jersey; Maya Janin ’21, a strategic communications major from Cagnes Sur Mer, France; Caitlin Johannes ’23, a creative writing major from Lake Grove, New York; Andrew Jones ’20, an audio media studies major from Shamokin, Pennsylvania; Erin Oakes ’23, a graphic design major from Northumberland, Pennsylvania; and Madison Schmouder ’21, a strategic communications major from Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. One of Wenzel’s photographs was also selected.
The online gallery exhibition documents the day-to-day struggle many faced to maintain their humanity and face their fears to overcome the chaos and discord of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The exhibition continues through Aug.15.
