What is PA Act 69?
The Pennsylvania Act 69 of 2024 for College Affordability and Transparency, requires Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) to present financial information in greater detail to students and to provide financial aid exit counseling at the end of a student’s final academic term. The act was signed into law on July 17, 2024.

Fee Explanation
During the 2025-26 school year, Susquehanna University collected $2,354,000 in comprehensive fees. The funds were spent as follows:
- Student Government: $856,000
- Heath Center: $856,000
- Technology: $642,000
