I come from a very small village, Puglianello, in the province of Benevento, Italy. I obtained my B.A. from the University of Naples ‘L'Orientale' and my M.A. from The Sapienza University of Rome. Thanks to an Erasmus scholarship, I studied at the University of Warwick, where I was able to deepen my knowledge and understanding of English literature and language. After completing my studies in foreign languages and literatures, I was granted a scholarship to the Globe Theatre. At Susquehanna, I teach beginner-level courses and organize activities aimed at generating interest in and sensitizing the campus community to Italian culture, in particular its regional expressions. Also, I am enhancing my teaching methodology and gaining a better insight into American culture and creative writing.
