Food is about much more than nutrition during this two-week study abroad trip to the Mediterranean island of Cyprus.

You'll compare and contrast the cultures of Greek and Turkish Cyprus while learning to prepare their traditional dishes in cooking class.

Study the island's rich history and culture and explore the political divide between the Turkish-controlled north and the rest of the island while journeying to mountain villages and exploring castles.

All this while surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean sea, exotic plant life and the warm subtropical climate.
