How to Apply: Graphic Design, Music, Writing Majors
Several programs at Susquehanna have additional admission requirements:
Applicants for admission to the graphic design program must submit a portfolio of art work (five to 12 examples) and a personal statement summarizing their interest in studying art and graphic design after applying to the university. Applicants for admission to the Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Arts in Music degree programs must audition with the Susquehanna music faculty after applying to the university. Applicants for admission to the writing program must submit a portfolio when applying for admission. The portfolio can be a short story, a personal essay, a selection of poems, a script or a combination of these. Portfolios should be 10 to 12 double-spaced pages.
