Safety is Our Priority

Campus Safety serves the campus community 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Campus safety and security is a shared responsibility led by the Susquehanna University Campus Safety office. Our primary mission is to provide services for the university community that meet the highest professional standards, promote a safe and healthy environment for community members and campus visitors and support our academic mission.

Susquehanna’s Campus Safety office is committed to the principles of honesty, integrity, honor, fairness and respect in our interactions with those we serve.

Emergency Text Alerts

Students, faculty and staff are automatically enrolled using the contact information on file with the university. Contact details can be updated through MyNest using Susquehanna single sign-on. The system refreshes daily, and contacts are removed when students or employees leave the university.

University Traffic & Parking

Convenient, accessible parking is available on Susquehanna’s campus for students, employees and guests, with four convenient public EV chargers for electric vehicles located in the parking lot next to the Admission House.

Operating a vehicle on campus is a privilege granted to students, faculty, staff and visitors, who must adhere to university regulations and Pennsylvania state laws. Violations may result in the denial, suspension or revocation of vehicle privileges.
