Our annual Spring Weekend is a great chance to unwind before finals with events like a carnival, outdoor movie and obstacle course!
This year's carnival was held at night for the first time.
"We thought the time change would encourage a new crowd of people to come," says Annie Loeliger ‘20, events chair for the Student Activities Committee.
And it worked! Around 1,000 students, the highest number in several years, headed out to the carnival.
Students also watched Jumanji under the stars and challenged themselves physically and mentally at the Grit n Wit obstacle course.
"Spring Weekend provides students with a way to spend time with their friends before the stress of finals fully sets in," Loeliger says. "Everything is free, and students not only get to make memories, but get free food or a chance to win prizes as well."
