Greek Life Housing
A vibrant part of our campus, Greek organizations call 12 buildings across campus home—from shady University Avenue to a Tudor-style home on a hill overlooking campus.
Since these houses are owned by the university, you enjoy all the conveniences of campus living. Plus, the opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture and activities of your fraternity or sorority make these houses a true home away from home.
Greek Houses include Tau Kappa Epsilon, Sigma Kappa, Zeta Tau Alpha, Alpha Delta Pi, Kappa Delta, Pi Kappa Phi, Phi Mu Delta, Phi Mu Alpha, Theta Chi, Sigma Gamma Rho, Sigma Alpha Iota and Phi Beta Sigma.
Theme Housing
We host permanent theme houses on campus: the Presser International House and the Creative Writing House. Students apply and interview to be part of these communities that participate in both in-house and out-of-house activities.
Living Learning Collectives
Honors and business students often live together in living learning collectives — taking classes together and participating in special programming both in and out of the res hall. Other living learning collectives around different topics will be available on the housing application!
Upper-level students can opt to live in theme housing like the sustainability or creative writing houses, or create their own community around a topic that resonates with them.
