Welcome, commuter students!

You don’t have to live on campus to be a vital part of our community. Enhance your Susquehanna experience and connect with other commuters with these resources and services.

Sign up for a commuter meal plan, get a mailbox in the campus center to ship and receive mail or join the Commuter Student Organization, where you can meet other commuter students and find ways to get involved on campus.

Connecting

Get to know other commuter students and find ways to get involved on campus. The student commuter advisory board works to connect commuter students and help them make the most of their experience at Susquehanna.

Parking

You’re welcome to park in any student lot. Additionally, there is a lot reserved for commuter students that you can access via Sassafras Road.

Commuter Student Lounge

Enjoy the couches, TVs, Wi-Fi, fridge, freezer, sink and microwave at our new commuter lounge, which is open all day everyday. The lounge is located on the lower lever of the Degenstein Campus Center—right around the corner from the Residence Life Office.

The library and the Center for Academic Success in Fisher Hall also provide great spaces for commuter students to relax. The CAS even has free snacks and drinks!

Lockers

Tired of carrying around heavy books? Reserve a locker in the Degenstein Campus Center for the semester. Visit the Information Desk for more.
