LinkedIn Learning New Year Challenge: 2022 Edition

Welcome to 2021! The New Year is a time full of optimism and possibility when we reflect, we dream big, and we set goals for the future. However, research suggests that while about half of us set goals at the start of each new year, only about 8% of us achieve them. Yikes!
This year, we invite you to participate in the LinkedIn Learning New Year Challenge, kicking off January 11, designed to help you set realistic goals, hold yourself accountable, and create habits that stick.
Challenge yourself to participate every day – it takes ~5 minutes or less. To stay on track, try keeping a journal or print the calendar and initial each day when you’ve completed it. Happy learning!

Follow these steps to participate:

  • Print or save the attached calendar
  • Complete each day’s short LiL learning (~5 mins or less)
  • Initial each day’s box once you’ve watched the daily video to hold yourself accountable

Although much of the recent focus on diversity and inclusion in higher education has been on faculty, admissions,
and higher education administration, career centers can also play an important role in this critical change.
Career practitioners are uniquely positioned to work both with employers and students to transform current practices
and contribute to larger campus efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion into meaningful institutional change.
