At the end of last week, we communicated to our students about providing prorated credits to student accounts for room and board, in light of the extended week of spring break. I am sharing that information with you below. It also is available on our COVID-19 website FAQs.
Room and Board Refunds
The university will be crediting enrolled students’ accounts a prorated amount for the one-week extension of spring break, provided the student is not in residence on campus during that time. Eligible students will see those amounts credited to their accounts weekly beginning Friday, March 20.
Susquehanna intends to continue providing instruction so that students have the opportunity to successfully complete their coursework through a variety of modes and graduate on time. As a result, we do not anticipate making any refunds of tuition and related fees.

We are committed to resuming instruction on March 23. As you know, the situation on college and university campuses across the country is evolving. We will be providing additional information regarding the University’s instructional plans, including the manner and location of delivery, within the next couple of days.
