Heather Lang (she/her/they/them) is an Assistant Professor of English and Creative Writing at Susquehanna University. She teaches courses in publishing and editing, professional and civic writing, and composition. She received her PhD in Rhetoric and Composition, with a minor in Media Studies and emphasis in Disability Studies from Florida State University in 2017. Heather pursues research at the intersections of rhetoric and composition, digital writing and circulation, and digital feminisms. Her work in these areas has appeared in the collection Circulation, Writing, and Rhetoric and in Computers and Composition. At SU, Heather also serves as the Coordinator for First Year Writing and Writing-Intensive Courses and as the Director of the Common Reading Program. For more information, please visit my website.
