When you visit Selinsgrove, be sure to: Stop by the Kind Café for a smoothie or some lunch (my favorite item is the Great Goatsbee panini). It’s a great place to connect with others, have some reflection time, or simply relax.

Favorite thing about Susquehanna: The people! Susquehanna has a wonderfully supportive and empowering community that lifts everyone up and makes them feel included and valued.

Favorite Campus Tradition: Move-In Day! Students, staff, and faculty greet new students and help move them into their new homes. To me, with the cheers from Orientation Team, the music from the band, and the community’s excitement and support for the new students, Move-In Day shows Susquehanna at its best.

Tips for students during the college search: Ask current students about their experiences. Getting an inside look at the day in the life of students is a great way to see if you can picture yourself there.

When I am not working, you might find me: Spending time with friends, tending to my too many houseplants, reading and writing, or snuggling with my dog, Obi!

Favorite Quote: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” -Margaret Mead
