When you visit Selinsgrove, be sure to: Check out the Selinsgrove Farmers’ Market! You can get all kinds of fresh food there and get a taste for our area.
Favorite thing about Susquehanna: The support from the university to encourage students to be their authentic self — both in actions and words.
Favorite campus tradition: Be A Kid Again! Right before winter finals, Evert Dining Room has its tables and chairs cleared out so students can wear pajamas, bring blankets and lounge around while President Green reads us a story.
Tips for students during the college search: It is important to not only find somewhere you feel at home, but also somewhere you feel inspired to be the best version of yourself. Going to college is about setting up a future for yourself, so be sure to ask what opportunities you could have to grow and develop yourself professionally.
When I am not working, you might find me: Either making some sort of art or playing Disc Golf!
Favorite quote: “If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it. If you don’t ask, the answer is always no. If you don’t step forward, you’re always in the same place.” -Nora Roberts
