About Me

Aaron Martin joined Susquehanna University’s Senior Leadership Team as vice president for marketing and communications in fall 2018, leading the university’s brand strategy and institutional communications.

Before coming to Susquehanna, Aaron spent seven years at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (UL) as chief communications officer, overseeing branding, marketing, communications and licensing. He previously served as director of communications and research at Tulane University; marketing director for Kaplan centers in the U.S. Pacific Northwest and Canada; and dean of enrollment management at the California State University Maritime Academy.

A member of Phi Kappa Phi, Aaron holds a master’s degree in communication from UL’s AEJMC-accredited program. He also earned a certificate as Leader as Coach from Brown University.
