Professors are delivering instruction online through the remainder of the semester. SU updates and resources regarding COVID-19 are posted here.
Are you ready to get up-close and personal? The best way to find out (learn) more about Susquehanna is to visit campus.
Tour campus. Get an overview at an information session. Experience a class. Meet with a faculty member or coach.
We want to get to know YOU! Meet with an admission committee member to share what you're looking for in your college experience.
Already admitted? Consider an overnight stay to get the full campus experience. And don't miss out on our admission events throughout the year!
Campus visits are fun, informative and will help you decide if Susquehanna is the school for you. So come see us!
Traveling alone? We may be able to assist with transportation to and from the Harrisburg International Airport and Amtrak Train Station. Contact us with requests.
Have all your questions answered from the comfort of home.
In lieu of on-campus visits which are currently cancelled we invite you to attend a virtual visit.
All prospective and admitted students are invited to schedule a virtual meeting or phone call with an admission counselor to learn more about the Susquehanna experience. Conversations with counselors are scheduled on the hour and last up to 60 minutes.
Register below if you have a few questions you'd like answered, or if you would simply like to learn more about Susquehanna University.
Planning Your Campus Visit
45-minute information sessions and one-hour campus tours are available year-round, Monday through Friday and on Saturdays during the academic year (September to April).
High school seniors and transfer applicants: have you applied to Susquehanna? Spend an hour meeting with a member of the Susquehanna Admission Committee. Already admitted? Sign up for a campus tour or request to meet with your admission representative.
With advance notice (at least three days preferred), we can accommodate additional requests to attend a class or meet with a faculty member or coach. We can also schedule an appointment with student financial services at your request.
And while you are here, we invite you to enjoy lunch on campus or check out any campus sporting or cultural events happening that day!
Overnight Visits (for admitted students only)
In the spring, admitted students may choose an overnight visit on select dates.
You will arrive in the late afternoon on your selected visit day and meet your current student host. You will experience campus life outside the classroom and stay in one of our residence halls. The next day, you'll get to sit in on a class or have a conversation with a professor, a coach or someone in an academic area that interests you.
Overnight Visit registration is open for admitted students, typically on Thursdays and Sundays with additional days offered around special admission events. Overnight visits begin Feb. 2 and continue through the end of April, 2020.
Campus tours and information sessions are the highlights of our group visits.
Group visits are available for high school students (grades 9–12) with three weeks’ notice, Tuesday through Thursday, from Sept. 17 to Nov. 14, Jan. 21 to April 16 and June 2 to Aug. 13.
Student ambassadors will guide you on a 60-minute campus tour, and you’ll have the option of meeting with one of our admission representatives for an information session.
Group visits begin at either 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. The morning session includes the option to eat lunch in Evert Dining Room (for $14.50 per person, paid on or before the day of the visit). Smaller groups (20 or less) may also opt for our food court, The Hawk’s Nest (priced a la carte).
Please note: Group Visits require a minimum of 10 students and no more than 60 students. At least one chaperone per every 10 students is required. Chaperones should be prepared to stay with the group throughout their visit.
