Susquehanna University’s dynamic Outdoor Recreation program.
You’ll get to explore our scenic campus and the beautiful Susquehanna River Valley, with easy access to adventure. Rent equipment like canoes, kayaks and picnic gear at great rates, or borrow a bicycle for a quick ride on nearby trails or a semester-long loan.
Beyond rentals, you can join Outdoor Recreation adventures on and off campus, including yard games to organized trips, connecting with fellow students who share a love for the outdoors.

a Valley of Four Seasons
Participate in a plethora of outdoor activities in the Susquehanna River Valley. Susquehanna students can enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, golfing, bird and wildlife watching, outdoor photography, and much more. Popular destinations include the waterfront along the Isle of Que and Dale’s Ridge Trail, both offering scenic routes for biking and hiking.
