The Wellness Committee — chaired by Dean of Health and Wellness and Director of the Counseling Center Stacey Pearson-Wharton — coordinates Winans Center activities and programs, which may include:

  • Stress management techniques
  • Yoga and meditation
  • Study abroad health and wellness
  • Suicide prevention
  • Stress Less Week
  • Break zones located in the Blough-Weis Library and the Center for Academic Success
